Raw material qualification
Every incoming batch arrives with the manufacturer's own certificate. We do not accept a shipment without one, and we archive it against our lot number.
Independent assay
A retained sample goes to Janoshik Analytical for HPLC purity and mass-spec identity. We publish whatever comes back, including the batches that come in at 98.4%.
Lot numbering and labelling
The number on the label is the number on the certificate. No shared batch codes across compounds, no re-labelling of older stock.
Cold-chain dispatch
Lyophilised vials ship in insulated mailers with a gel pack, same day on orders before 2pm CT. Tracking is issued the moment the label is printed.

Are these compounds for human use?
No. Everything on this site is sold for laboratory and research use only. It is not a drug, supplement or food, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. We do not ship to customers who tell us otherwise.
How do I check the certificate for my vial?
Take the lot number printed on the label, for example BP-2611-A, and enter it in the COA library. You will get the full assay for that specific batch: purity, method, laboratory and test date. Certificates stay online for the life of the lot.
Can I order in bulk?
Yes. Anything above 25 vials of a single compound is quoted directly, and gram-scale quantities are available on most lines with a four to six week lead time. Email care@ascendbio.health with the compound, quantity and format.
How should material be stored?
Lyophilised vials keep for 24 months at −20 °C, or roughly 90 days at 2 to 8 °C. Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, refrigerate and use within 28 days. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship across the United States with same-day dispatch. International orders are handled case by case, since customs treatment of research chemicals varies by country. Contact us before ordering from outside the US.
What happens if a lot fails testing?
It does not get listed. Failed batches are quarantined and returned to the manufacturer, and we publish the certificate for the replacement lot instead. Purity below 98% never reaches the catalogue.
